Remove the glove compartment.

:   RHD illustration shown, LHD is similar. Remove the passenger side closing trim panel.   Release the clip.   Remove the 2 screws.   Disconnect the electrical connector.

:   RHD illustration shown, LHD is similar. Remove the passenger side footwell duct.   Remove the clip.

:   RHD illustration shown, LHD is similar. Remove the passenger side footwell duct elbow.   Remove the 2 Torx screws.

Remove the temperature blend door actuator.   Disconnect the electrical connector.   Remove the 3 screws.

.

Install the temperature blend door actuator.   Tighten the screws to 1 Nm.   Connect the electrical connector.

Install the passenger side footwell duct elbow.   Tighten the screws.

.

Install the passenger side footwell duct.   Install the clip.

.

Install the passenger side closing trim panel.   Connect the electrical connector.   Tighten the screws.   Secure the clip.

Install the glove compartment.
